Instructions for authors

Researchers form all countries are invited to submit original, unpublished research work on topics related to the general domains of Electrotechnics, Electronics, Automatic Control and Information Technology.

No article submission or processing fees are requested. The publication is completely free of charges for the authors and their organizations.

Conference reports and book reviews will also be considered. All submission must be written in English.

Prospective contributors are invited to send draft papers for consideration for the Annals. Camera-ready copy is requested to ease the administrative burden. To ensure high quality, all papers will be strictly reviewed by leading researchers in the area. Please send papers to the secretariat. E-mail submission of a Microsoft Word, postscript or PDF document is acceptable both, for the draft and the final paper, or a paper copy may be sent by post. Electronic submission in Microsoft Word format via e-mail is strongly preferred.

Papers must strictly follow the requirements detailed in the Instructions for Authors (zipped postscript, zipped doc). In order to assure a successful submission, please check the listed items.

Plagiarism policy

By submitting the manuscript to the journal the authors solemnly declare that it describes an original and unpublished work, which is not under consideration for publication elsewhere. Plagiarism, including duplicate publication of the author's own work, in whole or in part without proper citation is not tolerated by the journal.

All the manuscripts submitted to the journal are checked for originality using dedicated anti-plagiarism software (plagiarism-detector).

The publishers and editors of the Journal accept no responsibility for the opinions conveyed by the authors of papers published in it.

Publication Conditions

By submitting a paper for publication in this Annals the co-authors of the paper will be required to sign a Publication Agreement, wherein they  warrant and agree to the following conditions:

  1. An irrevocable non-exclusive, royalty free, perpetual, right to publish, reproduce, republish, transmit, sell, distribute and otherwise use the Work in electronic and print editions of the publication and in derivative works throughout the world, in all languages, and in all media now known or later developed.
  2. An irrevocable non-exclusive, royalty free, perpetual, right to create and store electronic archival copies of the Work, including the right to deposit the Work in open access digital repositories.
  3. An irrevocable non-exclusive, royalty free, perpetual, right to license others to reproduce, translate, republish, transmit and distribute the Work under the condition that the Authors are attributed (Currently this is carried out by publishing the Work under a Creative Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International - CC BY-NC 4.0).

Copyright in the Work remains with the Authors.

Authors retain patent, trademark and other intellectual property rights.

While the material contained in this Annals is believed to be true and accurate, neither the authors, the editors nor the publishers can accept any legal responsibility for any errors or omissions that occur. The editors and publishers make no warranty, express or implied, with respect to the material contained in the Annals.

The submitted manuscripts must meet the following requirements:

(1) the content falls within the scope of the journal,

(2) the manuscripts follow the editorial policy and the procedural guidelines of the journal,

(3) the manuscripts do not contain an unacceptable level of overlap with other works that are already published or in press.

A manuscript may be rejected without additional review for one of the above listed reasons,  and the corresponding author will be notified.

Reprints

The journal is only published online. No hardcopy will be provided to the authors.
